Job Description

You will be working within the HR Department of a large multifaceted local government entity in Abu Dhabi, you will lead the development and implementation of the latest practices and trends in recruitment.  You will ensure that your team deploys effective and efficient processes, selecting the best talent that is available, and ensuring a great candidate experience. You will work as a strategic partner to management and to hiring managers in recommending suitable candidates, you will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, a strategic and leadership mindset, and enthusiasm in bringing new changes and practices to the organization. Strong at communicating and representing the entity as an employer of choice and a strong brand name.

Requirements: Bachelor Degree Holders: 8 to 10 years of experience in Human Resource/Talent Acquisition role preferably 4 years of which in a managerial position.

OR

Post Graduate Holders: 4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resource/Talent Acquisition field; 2 years of which in a managerial position.
