The purpose of this role is to create and embed the organization development engagement tool in order to meet the business objectives and drive a high-performance culture of change. The job holder should design and implement engagement initiatives by building the individual and organizational capability to support the delivery of the business climate that drives our desired culture. From conception through to delivery, initiatives will include designing and managing functional programmes to improve employee engagement and drive a culture of accountability, agility, and service.
Qualifications And Education
You will be educated to degree level, ideally in business psychology or human resources.
- At least 8-10 years experience within a large organization implementing talent development projects.
- Experience in developing and cascading engagement strategies is an additional requirement.
The job holder must show evidence of continuing professional training and development.
