Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree & 8+ years’ experience

Responsibilities:

  • Design, establish and maintain a human resource management system
  • Logging in all details, contracts, training details and qualifications of all employees and updating them as per training provided
  • Compliance with labor laws for timing, contracts, overtime, payroll, leave, etc
  • Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
  • Organizing benefits and allowances and suggesting ways to unify and create categories of such provisions
  • Suggest benefits and compensation methods based on performance.
  • Suggesting assessment methods, propose KPI assessment systems and provide assistance to managers in deciding and maintaining records related to KPI
  • Create and maintain policies, code of ethics and conduct and communication requirements
  • Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
