Admissions Attendant (UAE Nationals Only)

Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for covering all areas of the Admissions department duties from cashiering, guest service, reception, call center, VIP tours up to supporting different staff activities in the park & for ensuring high standards of services provided as well as compliance with company Policies & Procedures.

Main Duties:

  • Have good park knowledge to deliver the experiences and services
  • Take full responsibility for assigned position inclusive but not limited to ticket counter (cash handling), turnstile, reception, baby care facility, VIP tour guide, etc.
  • Ensure work area kept clean and company Health, Safety, and Environment policies are adhered to
  • Provide a high level of personal discipline
  • Floats or positioned within an area and directly communicates with guests by    greeting, explaining, assisting with inquiries
  • Able to deal with the guest complaint in a professional manner
  • Take personal responsibility for providing a high level of customer service
  • Flexible in working hours to support the operation
  • Flexible in assisting other departments to support operation when needed
  • Flexible working in both: Theme park and Waterpark

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is an advantage)
  • Friendly outgoing personality
  • Strong problem-solving skill and dedicated to providing outstanding guest service
  • Able to take cash handling responsibility
  • Good understanding of culture awareness

Education:

  • Graduates of high school or equivalent level of education
