Job Description

Key responsibilities: 

  • Issue invoices for outbound deliveries, as per contract
  • Produce, compile documentations for Letter of Credits, submittals and negotiations with
  • Responsible for all types of Documentary
  • Follow-up for due, overdue invoices and collection of all cheque payments PDC, CDC, documentary letter of
  • Follow-up with customers for non-open account payments, Letter of
  • Prepare receivables report, summary, overdue analysis, data for Debtors review.
  • Revenue recognition and Trade Receivables
  • Responsible for business area Sales accounting
  • Resolve disputes with invoices, Third party and CIT, ensure escalation process is done for unresolved For CIT use CIT dispute tool.
  • Issue Credit notes for accepted invoices with discrepant amounts/supplies.
  • Coordinate with Shared Accounting Services to ensure accurate & timely processing of payments Open/Close month period is crucial.
  • Coordinate with Estimation, Order handling and Warehouse in the cycle of Order to
  • Support Trade Compliance
