NEW FEATURE: Gender Diversity

"Emirati women have proved their competence in all fields and we are proud of every achievement they made, and thus, we are committed to support them till they achieve the highest degrees of excellence and accomplish further achievements in line with our ambitious development vision" said His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid

Gender diversity and the role of Emirati Women have always been on the top priority of UAE's leadership.

The UAE was ranked first worldwide in three indicators in various global gender diversity reports from last year. It was first globally in ‘property rights between genders’ in the Prosperity Index by Legatum Institute; as well as ‘literacy rate’ in the Global Gender Gap Report by the World Economic Forum; and ‘secondary enrollment gender gap’ in the Human Capital Report by the World Economic Forum.

Supporting Gender Equality, @jobsfornationals we have also added the Gender Diversity option when posting jobs. Not only will this help Employers better communicate the job requirements but also manage job seeker expectations. We understand the need to have a balanced workforce and provide equal employment opportunities for Emirati Women.
